Bidding Mechanism and the Lowest Price in Bid: An Economics Analysis

基于拍卖理论从经济学的角度分析了招投标机制的本质与特点,根据建设市场的信息特征,剖析了招投标机制的功能,在此基础上对最低价中标法进行了深入分析,最低价中标法是市场经济下的最优招标机制,是我国建设市场交易方式的发展趋势。

Nature and characters of bidding mechanism are analyzed based on the auction theory. Functions of bidding mechanism are analyzed from the perspective of economics according to the information characteristics in construction market. Based on that, the lowest price in bid is further analyzed. It is concluded that the lowest price in bid is the best mechanism in market economy and is a trend of transaction way in China.
