生活事件对女性抑郁症患者的影响

Female patients with depression influenced by life event

目的:探讨生活事件,防御机制和社会支持在女性抑郁症发病中的作用。方法:对80例女性抑郁症患者与80名正常女性采用自制的一般情况调查表,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD,17项)、生活事件量表(LES)、防御方式问卷(DSQ)及社会支持评定量表进行对照研究。结果:患者生活事件的频度和严重度、不成熟防御机制评分显著高于对照组,而社会支持的利用度显著低于对照组。结论:女性抑郁症患者病前经历了更多、更严重的生活事件,多采用不成熟的防御机制,社会支持利用度不够。

Objective： To explore the role of life events, defensive mechanism and social supports in female depression. Method：Eighty female depression patients and 80 normal women were assessed with Hamilton depression scale （ HAMD, 17 items）, life events scale （LES）, defense stales questionnaire （DSQ） and social support surver. The data were compared, Results： The frequency and severity of life events and the score of immature factor were significantly higher in patient group than in control group, but the frequency of utilizing of social supports was significantly lower in patient group than in control group. Conclusion： Female depression patients often experience more and severer life events before the onset of disorder, with immature defensive mechanism and few utilizing social supports.
