摘要
河鲀毒素是一种神经毒素。由于多种海产品中含有河鲀毒素,并且河鲀毒素有着重要的药用价值,21世纪它的使用将更加广泛,因此河鲀毒素的检测在食品安全及医学方面都有着重要的意义。本文简要地综述了河鲀毒素检测的研究进展。
Tetrodotoxin is one of neural toxins. For many marine products contain tetrodotoxin, and which also has many important medical values, it will be more used in 21 century. The research in tetrodotoxin detecting is reviewed in this paper.
