摘要
在DZ125L与DZ38G(IN738)基础上,增加适量的Ta和Re,研制出了新型低偏析定向凝固镍基高温合金DZ68.抗热腐蚀性能与力学性能测试实验结果表明,在900℃,75%Na_2SO_4+25%NaCl熔盐的条件下,DZ68合金的抗热腐蚀能力与耐蚀性能优异的DZ38G合金相当;在980℃/235 MPa和980℃/245 MPa的条件下,DZ68合金的力学性能与具有高强度的DZ125合金相当.
On the basis of DZ125L and DZ38G (IN738) alloys, a new directional solidification nickel-based superalloy DZ68 containing proper amounts of Ta and Re was prepared, which has lowsegregation. The experimental results of hot corrosion resistances and mechanical property show that the corrosion resistance of DZ68 is equivalent to alloy DZ38G with high corronsion resistance at the conditions of 900 ℃ and 75%Na2SO4+25%NaCl molten salt, and the mechanical properties of DZ68 are similar to alloy DZ125 with high high-temperature strength in the cases of 980℃ /235 MPa and 980℃ /245 MPa.
