摘要
采用功率密度为898mw/cm2的CO2激光对黄瓜干种子进行不同时间的照射处理,其结果表明:3s—7s均有不同程度的刺激效应,30s以上出现了不同程度的抑制作用和畸形芽。
In this experiment the cucumber dry seed was irradiated with CO 2 laser of 898 mw/cm 2 power density at different time. The result has shown that the varying degrees of irritant effect were found within the limits of 3s-7s. The 30s and over 30s groups produced the different degrees of check effect and malformed bud,and the 90s group resulted in semi-lethal condition.
