摘要
当前我国地质行业人才严重不足,尤其在基层出现了明显的断层和结构失衡现象,这与国民经济发展对地质工作提出的战略要求极不适应。探索多层次、多形式的人才培养模式,尽快缓解人才的紧缺问题已成为我国地质行业发展的重要课题。本文从地质行业基层人才的现状出发,通过论述开展职工继续教育的意义、方式及保障等,探寻迅速摆脱我国当前地质一线人才匮乏困境的具体路径。
Nowadays the serious deficiency of high-quality professionals in the field of geology, especially at the basic level, is not fit in with the need of the economic development in our country. Exploring the model of education and relieving the problem of the lack of high-quality professionals in the geological profession are major issues today. This article examines the matter from the current situation of high-quality professionals at the basic level, and expounds the significance of the continuous education to the geological personnel at the basic level and so on, and then finds out the way to extricate the geological profession from the deficiency of high-quality professionals.
