西部地区高校职业生涯规划课程建设初探

当前西部地区高校开展的职业生涯规划课程建设的现状不容乐观。西部地区高等学校的职业生涯规划课程存在的问题主要表现在5方面,一是对职业生涯规划课程的重要性认识不够;二是职业生涯规划概念不明晰;三是学校教学管理机制的柔性不足;四是师资力量薄弱;五是职业生涯规划理论性支撑的缺乏。出现这些问题主要是由于长期以来的社会历史原因、课程设置观念落后等主客观原因。基于此,加强高校尤其是西部地区高校的职业生涯规划课程建设应着力于将课程性质定位为必修课,逐步实现全程化的教学,强调实用性的内容,建设专业化的教师队伍和引导基层式的就业。

The present situation that the current western area university develops the professional profession plan curriculum constructs is unoptimistic. 5questions exist the western area college professional profession plan curriculum, that is insufficient of understanding about the importance to the professional profession plan curriculum, undefined professional profession plan concept, insufficient school teaching management mechanism flexibility, weak teachers strength and lack of professional profession plan theoretical support. Has these problems mainly is as a result of since long ago social history reason, subjective and objective reasons and so on. Based on this, the author believed that, to enhance university＇s professional profession plan curriculum constructs in university western area in particular, the curriculum nature localization is a required course, realizes the entire iourney teaching gradually, emphasizes the usable content, construction specialization teacher troop and guides the basic unit-like employment.
