提出集成电路在线功能测试中存在的一些问题并给出了相应的技术解决方案,其中包含了模拟集成电路数字化技术、分时分模块测试技术、隔离技术。这些技术涉及到测试程序的改进技术以及被测对象的特殊处理技术。

This article raises some questions of integrated circuit in-circuit function test,it also gives some corresponding technical settlements such as digital technique of analogue integrated circuit,time-sharing and module-sharing test technique,guarding technique.All these techniques are concerned with amendatory technique in test programs and special disposal for the testing objects.
