摘要
研究将可靠性分析理论应用于电子设备的故障诊断,首先将电子设备的故障诊断划分为模块级和器件级两个层次,利用FTA方法简化模块级诊断的搜索和推理策略,利用FMEA方法建立器件级诊断中的故障字典,两种方法的结合使用,有效提高了诊断效率。
The purpose of the paper is to apply reliability analysis theory to the fault diagnosis of electronic equipments.The diagnosis can be divide into two levels:module level and component level.Fault tree analysis method is used to simplify the search and reasoning strategy of module level.And failure mode and effect analysis method is used to set up the failure dictionary of component level.The diagnosis efficiency is improved with the combination of the two methods
