紫外分光光度法测定盐酸环丙沙星、盐酸小檗碱预混剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride and Berberine Hydrochloride Premix by UV Spectrophotometry

以0．05mol／L硫酸作对照液，用紫外分光光度法在421nm测定了盐酸环丙沙星、盐酸小檗碱预混剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果表明，盐酸小檗碱在8-56μg／mL范围内，吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系，相关系数为0．9992，平均回收率为101．32％，RSD为0．94％（n=5）。本方法简便、快速、结果准确，适用于该制剂中盐酸小檗碱的质量分析检验。

An UV spectrophotometry method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride premix was established with 0.05 mol/L sulfuric acid as reference solution at 421 nm. The calibration curve for berberine hydrochloride was linear within the concentration range of 8 - 56μg/mL（r =0.9992）. The average recovery was 101.32%, and the RSD was 0.94% （n =5）. This method was proved to be simple,precise, reproducible, and especially practicable for the quality analysis.
