摘要
近年来,嗜极菌极端酶的分离鉴定取得了很大进展。本文简述了极端酶的分离纯化及其某些生化特性、极端酶的稳定因素和应用。极端酶的发现与研究,拓宽了传统的生物催化及应用的范围。但是,关于极端酶的稳定机制及其工业应用,仍有许多难题需要解决。
In recent years,considerable progress has been made in the isolation and charac- terization of extremozymes from microorganisms that prosper in extreme environments.It is clear that extremozymes can function at temperatures ranging from below 0℃ to at least 140℃,at pH values less than 2 or greater than 11,in saturated solution of salt,at immense deep-sea pressure and in essentially non-aqueous environments.This will expand the conventional limits of biocatal- ysis and,in turn,the range of associated applications.However,understanding the mechanisms of extremozyme stability and application of the enzymes in industry are still among most challenging problems in both biochemistry and biotechnology.
