摘要
Eggshell type catalysts were prepared by different impregnation methods.Factors that influence the nonuniform distribution of the activated components were studied including dry and wet impregnation method,adhesive,brushing-depositing method.The prepared catalysts were characterized by AAS,SEM and TPR as well as theoritical analysis.The results showed that good eggshell type catalyst with more than 99wt% nickel concentratively distributed on the surface of activated alumina pellet was prepared by brushing-depositing method.About 30μm thickness of carbon nanofibers washcoat was grown only on the surface of the prepared catalyst by catalytic decomposition of ethylene.Materials obtained by this method could be used as catalyst support in fast gas-liquid phases reaction.
