摘要 利用羟乙基纤维素(HEC)与1,2-环氧十八烷(EO-18)反应制备粘性高分子表面活性剂(EOHEC),探索了不同条件对产物性能的影响规律。研究发现,原料配比、溶胀时间、反应温度是影响EOHEC粘度性能的重要因素。控制合适条件能使HEC被EO-18接枝的程度达到最佳,从而使EOHEC靠主链的水溶性伸展作用及支链的疏水缔合作用形成大的结构单元,提高其粘性,另外,主链的亲水作用及支链的疏水作用,有效地保证了EOHEC水溶液的表面活性。 Viscous polymer surfactant (EOHEC) which was synthesized by hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC) and 1. 2 - Epoxyoctadecane (EO- 18) was studied by means of detecting the viscosity of EOHEC aqueous solution. It was found that the mixture ratio, swelling time and reactant temperature had important effects on the viscous character of product EOHEC. If these conditions were suitable, the reaction degree of HEC grafted by EO - 18 was appropriate. And the long ranged structure unit, which was induced by hydrophobic association of branches and water solubility stretching of main - chain among molecules of EOHEC, was formed. So the aqueous solution of EOHEC had high viscosity. In addition, the harmony of hydrophilic main chain and hydrophobic branch part ensured EOHEC aqueous solution to have good surface activities. The surface tension of 1% EOHEC aqueous solution was lower than 40mN/m and the interfacial tension was about 0. 054 - 0. 094 mN/m.
