In the acid medium,Evans blue(EB) reacted with netilmicin(NTM) to form blue ion association complexes with an obvious absorption peak and an fading peak.The maximum absorption wavelengths was located 670nm.The apparent molar absorptivity(ε) was 2.09×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,and the linear ranges was 0~2.0×10-5mol/L.The maximum fading wavelengths was located 612nm.The apparent molar absorptivity(ε) was 2.42×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,and the linear ranges was 0~1.6×10-5mol/L.When the dual-wavelength overlapping absorption spectrometry was used to determine the netilmicin,its molar absorptivity(ε) achieved 4.50×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.The concentration of netilmicin obeys Lombard Beer’s law in definite range.The method was applied to determine the content of the city sell netilmicin druggery with satisfactory results.
