On the Protection of Individual Information

信息时代信息成为有价值的商品,批量信息的收集、利用成为可以牟利的“行业”,其中对个人信息的滥用将给公民个人生活、工作造成严重困扰,然而我国现行法律规定及法理对这一问题的研究,基本上是空白,因此,从个人信息的概念、性质等个人基本问题着手进行研究,提出保护个人信息的浅见。

In information age, information becomes the valuable commodity, and the collection and utilization of batch information can be a business of seeking profits. But the abuse of individual information will cause the severe trouble to the citizen＇s life and work, which is beyond the sphere of the present research on the rules and regulations and legal principles. The article states the idea of protecting individual information from perspective of the concept and quality of individual information.
