贵阳市居民收入差距的性别因素研究

研究结果表明:贵阳市男女性别收入差距中,性别因素影响为32.67%,低于全国水平。原因主要在于市场化因素对于扩大贵阳居民性别收入差距的影响还没有充分显现出来。同时,研究结果也暗示:教育对于缩小男女收入差距是显著的。加强教育公共产品的给予,对于缩小性别收入差距有着积极的意义。

The research indicates that in the income difference the influence of sexual factors is 32.7%, lower than the average level of the whole country. The reason is that the influence of market factors enlarging the residents＇ sexual income of Guiyang is not obvious. At the same time the research suggests that education is a prominent factor that narrows the income difference between male and female residents. So it is of active significance that the public educational products should be given to lessen the sexual income difference.
