腹腔镜剔除子宫肌瘤对术后妊娠的影响

The reproductive outcome after myomectomy in Laparoscopy

目的探讨腹腔镜剔除子宫肌瘤术后对妊娠的影响。方法回顾性分析7年来行腹腔镜剔除子宫肌瘤的52例不孕病人术后妊娠情况。结果(1)术后妊娠率随患者年龄的增加而递减。(2)术后妊娠与肌瘤的数目、大小无关。(3)术后妊娠随输卵管病变的加重而递减。结论腹腔镜剔除子宫肌瘤对妊娠的无明显影响,但对单发且直径<5cm的子宫肌瘤行腹腔镜剔除术后瘢痕小,妊娠时子宫破裂发生率低。

Objective To determine the reproductive outcome after myomectomy in Laparoscopy. Methods The reproductive outcome of 52 patients subject to myomectomy were retrospectively reviewed in seven years. Results （1）Pregnancy rate decreased with the ages incressed. （2）It is no relation between the pregnancy after myomectomy and the myomas number, size. （3）The gestation was decreased with the aggravation of the oviduct lesion. Conclusions It is zero difference with the effect of pregnancy after myomectomy in Laparoscopy, but the scar was smaller and the rate of hysterorrhexis was lower in laparoscopic myomectomy in those women who had fewer and less than 5cm diameter myoma.
