Dieulafoy病内镜下钛夹止血的临床观察(附16例报道)

The clinic observation of the endoscopic treatment on Dieulafoy's lesion with metal clips' application

目的观察Dieulafoy病内镜下钛夹止血的临床效果。方法对16例Dieulafoy病患者在内镜下确诊后即行钛夹止血。结果所有病例均在内镜下钛夹止血,一次成功。平均随访300天,无一例复发。结论内镜下钛夹止血治疗Dieulafoy病疗效确切,组织损伤小,复发率低,值得开展。

Objective To observe the clinic effects of the endoscopic hemostasis treatment on Dieulafoy＇s lesion with metal clips application. Methods Apply the method of metal clips hemostasis to treat on 16 cases of Dieulafoy＇s lesion after diagnosis confirmed. Results Initial hemostasis was succeeded by hemoclipping with metal clips in all patients. All patients were followed up in the median time of 300 days. The ratio of recurrent bleeding was zero. Conclusions It is feasible to apply endoscopic hemostasis treatment on Dieulafoy＇s lesion bymetal clips hemostasis, with such advantages as effective clinic outcome, low recurrent bleeding ratio and low tissue damage.
