中学生性发育状况调查分析

Investigation on sexual development condition among the middle school students

目的了解中学生性发育情况,为妇幼机构开展青春期保健提供科学依据。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法,对深圳市特区内四个区的4所中学,共1666名初中二年级的学生进行问卷调查。结果女生初潮平均年龄12.31±1.03岁,中学生已对月经有了一定的心理准备及认识,4.33%的人认为月经是性成熟的标志,81.15%女生的月经知识是从妈妈那获得;男生首次遗精的平均年龄13.84±1.13岁,21.23%的男生有手淫,通常感到生理上需要、看色情刊物时手淫。结论中学生性发育年龄提前,性教育相对滞后,妇幼保健机构应与教育部门合作开展适时、适度、适宜的性教育。

Objective To investigate the sexual development condition in the middle school students to provide scientific reference for developing adolescent health protection. Methods The survey was carried out among 1666 class 2 middle school students of 4 different schools in Shenzhen by means of questionnaire. Resuits The average age of girls＇menarche is 12.31±1.03 years old. The Middle School Students have had good preparation and knowledge on it. 4.33% of people thought that menstrual flow was the sign of maturity. 81.15% of glrls＇knowledge about menstruate came from their mother. The average age of boys＇spermatorrhea is 13.84± 1.13 years old. 21.23% of boys had performed masturbation before. They perform masturbation usually when feeling physical needs or reading pornographic publication. Conclusions The sexual development of adolescents is earlier than before thus corresponding education could not meet the demands. Health institution should develop suitable sexual education in time under cooperation of education institution.
