细胞因子与慢性心力衰竭
摘要
慢性心力衰竭（CHF）是多种心血管疾病所致的一种临床综合征，多项研究证实，细胞因子介导的免疫应答在CHF的发展中起重要的致病作用。细胞因子是具有生物学活性的可溶性多肽，通过细胞表面受体介导细胞与细胞之间相互作用，调节细胞活动、分化、增殖、死亡或者使免疫细胞获得效应器的功能；大多数细胞因子通过自分泌或旁分泌的作用方式在局部发挥生物学效应。临床研究资料显示，
