生料磨烘干仓里现场铰孔

摘要 淮海中联水泥有限公司更换生料磨烘干仓时,需现场加工紧固配合螺栓孔。现场工作空间小,限制条件多,加之孔深大(为180mm),因此加工难度很大。为此采用空心钻进行铰孔;用浮动铰刀进行孔最后一道工序的处理,以确保表面光洁度,并制作现场加工导向装置等,成功克服了狭小场地的深孔铰制技术难题,确保了烘干仓的更换安装质量。 When Huaihai Zhonglian Corporation replaced their drying silo of the raw mill with a new one, it was need to machining the hole of the tighten bolt on site. But as the work space is small and depth of the hole is great (180 mm) , it is difficult to machining sucessfully. They reamed the hole with a core drill and finished the last working procedure with a float reamer to gurantee glabrous surface, and they made a guiding equipment of machining, and so solved the difficult problem sucessfully and guranteed the installation quality of the new drying silo.
