阿托伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能变化及C-反应蛋白、脑利尿钠肽水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 ①目的 探讨他汀类药物短期应用对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能、C-反应蛋白及脑利尿钠肽水平的影响.②方法 慢性心力衰竭患者(NYHA分级Ⅱ一Ⅲ级)106例,随机分为两组,观察组54例,对照组52例.两组都给予B-受体阻止剂、ACEI、利尿荆及地高辛治疗,观察组再给予阿乐10rag,每晚1次,共服6个月,观察治疗前后心脏彩超,评价心功能,测定C-反应蛋白、脑利尿钠肽及血脂水平的变化.③结果 6个月后观察组低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇水平明显降低,心功能有明显的改善(P<0.01),左室射血分数有明显的提高(P<0.01),C-反应蛋白、脑利尿钠肽有明显的降低(P<0.01),而对照组前后无明显变化.④结论 阿托伐他汀能降低血浆中C-反应蛋白、脑利尿钠肽的水平,改善心功能,有利于慢性心力衰竭的治疗. Objective To study the effects of short - term atorvastatin therapy on cardiac function and serum level of C - reactive protein (CRP) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods A total of 106 patients with CHF(NYHA grade Ⅱ -Ⅲ) were separated randomly into treatment group(54 cases) and control group(52 cases), which were treated with ACEI and hydragbgue and so on for 6 months, while patients in treatment group were treated with atorvastatin 10 mg/day. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and LV end -diastolic diameter (LVDd) were determined by echocardiography, and CRP, BNP and serum cholesterol were measured before and after treatment. Results The level of low density lipoprotein and cholesterol, CRP and BNP were reduced evidently( P 〈 0.01 ) , and cardiac function was improved and the LVEF was increased obviously in the atorvastatin group after 6m ( P 〈 0.01 ), whereas which were changed in control group between before treatment and after treatment. Conclusions Atorvastatin could reduce the levels of serum CRP and BNP, improve cardiac function and treat CHF.
