H-E染色,产蛋鹅甲状腺滤泡腔小,内含少量胶质,柱状上次与细胞核高;停产期滤泡腔大、含大量胶质,上皮细胞吴立方状.超微结构显示,产蛋期上皮细胞胞器丰富,富含精球形线粒体(Mi);粗面内质网(RER)分布广泛并扩张成池或小泡,其内含低电子密度絮凝物;溶酶体(Ly)贯穿胞质;胞项还积聚大量胶质商(CD),游离缘伸出多而长的做绒毛(MV);核股不高电子密度异染色质少,细胞功能活跃。停产期上皮细胞胞器结构不发达,CD与MV较少,细胞功能呈相对稳定状态.
With H-E staining, follicle cavities lined by a layer of column-shaped epithelia withhigh nuclei were smaller and contained less colloid in thyroid gland of laying goose whencompared with those of nonlaying which possessed much more colloid in its cavities and withcuboid-shaped epithelia. The ultrastructures showed that the laying epithelia containedabundant organelles. It appeared to be tich in ovoid mitochondria and widely distributed roughendoplasmic reticula being enlarged into cisternae or vesicles in which low electoron -densityflocculent accumulations were presented. Lysosomes were found through cytoplasm on the top ofwhich was furnished with more colloid droplets and numerous long microvilli,and beneath thenucleus membrane was less high electron-density heterochromatin. This indicated that the cellwas more active in its function. While in oonlaying, undeveloped organelles, less colloid dropletsand microvilli were contained in epithelia which were relatively not in their active functions.
