慢性失血雏鸡生长发育及血细胞变化

Changes of Growth Development and Blood Gell in Chronic Blood loss Chickens

整个实验期间，实验级红细胞总数（RBC）校对照组高，但差异不显著；白细胞总数（WBC）变化与红细胞类似；白细胞分类计数（DC）除38日龄时的淋巴细胞显著高于对照组外，其它无明显差异．慢性失血对生长影响较大，实验组雏鸡体重在38和45日龄时均明显下降、与对照组比较差异显著，但52日龄时差异不明显．

The result showed that RBC was higher in the experiment than in the control, but thedifference is not significantl Chang of WBC was similar to that of RBCI During the experiment,no marked changes in differential count of Leukocytes were fOund except for a more obvious riseof lymphorytes in the chickens in the experiment than that in the control on the 38th day. Theeffect of chronic blood loss on growth in the chickens was rather big. There was more obviousdrop of body weight in the chickens in the experiment than in the control on the 38th and 45thday, but on the 52th day, the difference was not significant.
