新生犊牛小肠黏膜结构的早期发育及上皮内淋巴细胞和杯状细胞的数量变化 被引量:26

Early development of mucosal structure and quantitative changes of intraepithelial lymphocyte and goblet cell in the small intestine of neonatal calf

摘要 应用组织学和组织化学方法研究了1日龄和20日龄新生犊牛小肠黏膜结构的早期发育及部分黏膜免疫相关细胞的分布与数量变化规律。结果显示,从1日龄到20日龄,小肠绒毛变短,尤其十二指肠的绒毛长度约缩短了61.58%(P〈0.05),绒毛长度与隐窝深度比值(V/C比值)减小了59.04%~91.32%(P〈0.05);而黏膜和肌层厚度分别增加了8.66%~41.28%和36.22%~299.10%。小肠各段上皮内淋巴细胞和杯状细胞数量随年龄增长而逐渐增多(P〈0.05),20日龄比1日龄分别增加了78.80%~163.05%和28.23%~101.46%;但比较同一年龄的小肠不同肠段,从十二指肠至回肠,上皮内淋巴细胞的数量逐渐减少,而杯状细胞的数量则呈增多趋势。 Morphological features of mucosa, changes of distribution pattern and number of intraepithelial lymphocyte and goblet cell were investigated in the small intestine of neonatal calves on 1- and 20-day-old, respectively, using histological and histochemical methods. The results showed that the length of villus was decreased in the small intestine with increasing age, especially in the duodenum, the length of villus was decreased by 61.58% in calf of 20-day-old compared with calf of 1-day-old(P〈0.05). The V/C value also decreased by 59.04%--91.32% in calf of 20-day-old compared with those of 1-day-old. While the thickness of mucosa and muscular layer as well as the numbers of intraepithelial lymphocyte and goblet cell were increased in each segment of small intestine with increasing of age, they were increased by 8.66 % --41.28%,36.22% --299.10%,78.80%-- 163.05% and 28.23%-- 101.46% in calf on 20-day-old compared with those of 1-day-old, respectively. The number of intraepithelial lymphocyte was gradually reduced from duodenum to ileum, but the goblet cell number exhibited an increasing trend.
