毛冬青中环烯醚萜苷类化合物的分离与鉴定 被引量:13

摘要 目的研究毛冬青的化学成分。方法以溶剂法和色谱法分离化合物,经IR、NMR、MS确证化合物结构。结果与结论分离得到7个已知的环烯醚萜苷类化合物,其结构分别鉴定为oleoacteoside(1)、木犀榄苷-11-甲酯(2)、橄榄苦苷(3)、(R)-β-羟基橄榄苦苷(4)、(8Z)-ligstroside(5)、(8E)-女贞子苷(6)、2′-(3′,4′-二羟基苯基)乙基-(6″-O-木犀榄苷-11-甲酯)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)。7个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Aim To study chemical constituents from Ilex pubescens. Methods The constituents were isolated by chromatographic method and the structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis including IR, NMR, and MS techniques. Results and conclusion Seven iridoid glycosides were identified as oleoacteoside (1), oleoside 11-methyl ester(2), oleuropein(3), ( R ) -β-hydroxyoleuropein(4), (8Z)-ligstroside(5), (8E)- nuezhenide ( 6 ), 2'-( 3', 4'-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl-( 6"-O-oleoside-11-methyl ester)-β-D-glucopyranoside (7). All of them were isolated from Ilex pubescens for the first time.
