摘要
为了探明转K6型转向架减振系统对C80型铝合金敞车动力学性能的影响,特组织了一次线路动力学试验。试验对象共计3辆装用不同减振系统的C80型铝合金敞车,减振系统的区别主要在于斜楔材料及枕簧和减振弹簧刚度。试验结果表明,通过换装组合式斜楔减小转向架系统的相对摩擦系数,可以明显改善车辆的垂向振动性能,使空、重车的垂向振动加速度及垂向运行平稳性指标降低,并且对车辆的横向力、脱轨系数及轮重减载率的影响较小。试验结果还表明,降低转向架减振系统的弹簧刚度对降低车辆的轮重减载率是有益的。
In order to find out the influence of damping system on the dynamics of C80 type aluminium alloy gondola cars, a special line test was carried out. Three cars were tested with different damping system, i.e., the wedge material and the stiffness of the boher spring and damping spring are different to each other. The test results show that by substituting the spicule cast iron wedge with combination wedge, the vertical vibration of the car can be improved greatly, the vertical acceleration and riding index decrease obviously, while the lateral axle force, the derailment coefficient, the reduction rate of wheel load change less. It also shows that the reduction rate of wheel load reduces with reducing the stiffness of the damping system for the bogie.
