摘要
通过对曲轴与减振器组件过盈联结质量问题的分析,从设计、制造精度、装配工艺等方面分析了造成圆锥过盈联结可靠性不足的主要原因,并提出了改进意见,利用相对测量原理实现了锥度的定量检测,提高了锥度过盈联结的可靠性。
This paper analyses the quality of interference fit between crankshaft and it's components, and gives the main reasons which cause the weak reliability of conic interference fit from design, mechanical accuracy and assemble technology etc., and present the corrective plans. Using the principle of relative method has succeed to measure the taper numerically, and improved the reliability for conic interference fit.
