摘要
高稳定度和高精度电流源的电流采样和检测必须用高性能的电流传感器。在比较了ABB公司的LEM、HITEC公司的MACC、DCCT的电流传感器工作原理及其各自特点的基础上,结合近代物理研究所的实用检测电路,通过高精度电源给定测试系统,用PXI-6133数据采集卡做回读,打脉冲测试3台电源,并将结果通过Origin还原成图形并进行数据分析,又用7081数表测一台稳定度为2×10-5的电源,通过测得的数据和波形比较3种传感器的性能特点。
For current sampling t with high stability and super precision, current sensor is needed. The differences of work elements and characteristic between the LEM of ABB Company and MACC,DCCT of HITEC Company are compared. Furthermore, using PXI-6133 date collection block as the feedback signal, the power supply testing system with super precision furnish pulse signal to another 3 power supply, The Origin software can do the measured-date analysis and date-figure conversion. Get the conclusion from the date and figure by applying the 7081 digital meter to measure the power supply with 2×10^-5 precision.
