摘要
通过对几种常用的1700V IGBT驱动专用集成电路进行详细的分析,对M579系列和CONCEPT公司的2SD系列进行深入的讨论,给出了电气特性参数和内部功能框图,设计了典型应用电路,讨论了使用要点及注意事项。根据每种IC驱动IGBT试验,验证了各自的特点及驱动1700V IGBT时的性能。
Detail analysis are provided for several usually used special IC of driving 1700V IGBT, deep discussion is put up for M579 series and 2SD series product of CONCEPT company, electric performance parameter and inner function block diagram are given, typical applying circuits are designed, notice proceedings and using outline are discussed. According to driving experiments of each IC, the characteristics and performances of driving 1700V IGBT were validated.
