摘要
针对德兴铜矿成本总量大、结构复杂、工序多、易变化等特点,从有效利用完善物资出入库信息、强化基层成本信息两方面入手,建立了矿山成本信息网络,达到扎实基础,精细管理,控制成本、提高管理水平的目标。
In view of the total cost Dexing Copper Mine, complex structures and process and changeable features, etc., by starting from the effective use of information, of in ＆ out materials, and strengthening basic cost information, we have established mine cost of information networks, and reached the goal of having a solid foundation, sophisticated management, controlling costs and improving the management level.
