图书馆权利包括两个方面:职业权利和读者权利。本文主要讨论了图书馆人的职业权利问题,并指出维护图书馆职业权利应从图书馆员、图书馆学理论界和图书馆管理部门三个方面来进行。
The library occupational right includes two aspects：the occupational right and reader＇s right. This paper discusses the problems about the librarian＇ s occupational right and how to support the librarian＇ s occupational right from three aspects of the librarians, library science circles and library management.
