摘要
自主学习,又称自我调节学习,它以个体的自我调节能力为基础。善于持续自主学习的员工是自主学习型员工。图书馆员可以进行自主学习,但并不是每个人都是自主学习型员工。为提高图书馆工作绩效,使员工个人得到发展,应重视员工的自主学习。
Self - study, also called Self - regulated learning, is based on the self - regulating capability of individuals. An employee who is good at continual self - study is considered as a self - studying employee. Every library employee can study self,but not all of them can be a self-studying one. In order to improve the performance of librayr work, and to create more development opportunities for library employees individuals, we should pay more attention to the library employees' self - study.
