急性冠脉综合征患者血清黏附分子和CRP水平变化的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血中可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化及其临床意义。方法选取ACS患者86例为观察组,将观察组分为不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)和急性心肌梗死(AMI)两组,UAP组47例,AMI组39例,另选健康成人40例为正常对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定各组血中sICAM-1和sVCAM-1水平,采用免疫浊度法测定各组血中CRP浓度,并对其结果进行比较。结果ACS患者循环血中sICAM-1、sVCAM-1和CRP水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),AMI组血中sICAM-1、sVCAM-1和CRP水平明显高于UAP组(P<0.01)。结论ACS患者血中sICAM-1s、VCAM-1和CRP水平明显升高,并可作为冠状动脉斑块稳定性的预测指标。 Objective To explore clinical significance and serum level changes of solute internal cell adhesion molecule 1 (sICAM-1), solute vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (sVCAM-1) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patient with acute coronary syndromes (ACS). Methods Among 86 patients in observation group with acute coronary syndromes,there were 47 cases with unstable angina pectoris and 39 cases with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) ,and 40 cases of health people in contrast group. The serum level of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 were detected by ELISA, and CRP was detected by immune turbidimetry in all cases. Results The serum level of sICAM-1,sVCAM-1 and CRP in patients with acute coronary syndromes were significantly higher than those in contract group( P 〈0.01) ,and those in AMI group were significantly higher than UAP group( P 〈0.01). Conclusion The serum level of sICAM-1, sVCAM-1 and CRP increased significantly in patients with ACS,and they could be the assessment index of atherosclerotic vulnerable plaque.
