The Development of Green Processes for the Production of Methyl Methacrylate

摘要 甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)是一种重要的化工原料,国内MMA生产采用的丙酮氰醇法(ACH法)存在工艺流程长、涉及原料多、环境污染严重、原子利用率低等缺点。替代ACH法的MMA绿色生产工艺主要有异丁烯工艺、乙烯工艺、异丁烷工艺以及甲基乙炔工艺等。文章对这几种工艺进行了综述,并对我国MMA生产工艺的选择提出了建议。 Methyl methacrylate (MMA) is an important chemical material. The traditional acetone cyanohydrine (ACH) method used in our country to produce MMA has many disadvantages such as long technical flow, complicated material, serious environment pollution and low atom efficiency. The green production processes in substitute of ACH mainly include isobutene processes, ethylene processes, isobutane processes and methyl acetylene processes, which will be discussed in this paper. In addition, the suggestion for the adoption of MMA production process in our country is put forward.
