摘要
该粉粒包装生产线采用较为先进的混合式自动定量包装方式,为了提高生产线的智能化程度,采用分布式监控系统对包装线的各设备进行监控。简要介绍了该生产线的主要设备和控制器件的组成,并对其生产和控制特点进行了分析。这种设计已经应用于生产线上,取得良好效果;这种设计具有一定的推广价值。
The powder and pellets composite packaging production line was built with automatic ration mode, and distributed control system was applied to control equipments on the line to increase the intellectualized degree. The composition of the equipment and control hardware system was introduced and the characteristics were analyzed. It was proved by real production that the design receive good results.
