摘要
用动力分析与动态设计方法,研究了农业机械的弯曲振动问题。以拖拉机后悬挂式挖坑机为例,通过对研究系统非链状结构的链状简化,建立了系统的动力学模型,求得了系统的固有频率和主振型。对固有频率的实验测试结果。
The technology of the dynamic analysis and design is led into the field of flexural vibration of farm machines. On the basis of the structure of W 60D tractor rear mounted hole digger, after some special structures of research object, such as screw auger, are turned into a chain form, the dynamic mode is created, and then the natural frequencies and principal modes of vibration are obtained by means of computer. Based on varied tendency of the principal modes obtained, a few principal modes are to effect flexural vibration in the research object. The result will provide data for the further dynamic analysis and the optimization of the design. Finally, natural frequencies are measured by an experiment, and the experimental results have proved the theoretical analysis is correct.
