摘要
介绍笔者最新研究成功的麦林套种地膜棉联合播种机械化技术。体现本项技术的《地膜棉联合播种机组》,尤其适用于在麦林中跨厢沟穿梭作业,连续完成地膜棉高产、优质、高效栽培所需的施肥、整地、播种、化学除草、铺膜和清沟六大机械化联合作业项目。侧重论述其技术方案的合理性,技术性能的可靠性,技术效果的经济性,技术推广的可行性。研究试验结果表明:综合技术经济效果比人工作业地膜棉增产8.0%~11.3%,纯增收867元/hm2,节约开支382元/hm2,总经济效益达1249元/hm2。
The technique of combined sowing mechanization for film covered cotton in wheat field has been developed. The “Sowing Unit for film covered cotton” resembled in this technique is suitable especially for working between the wheat rows. It can complete six combining processes of fertilization, leveling the land, sowing, spraying herbicide, covering plastic film and shaping the ditches which are needed for getting high yield, super quality and good efficiency in cotton cultivation. This article deals with this technique on the rationality of the program, the reliability of the performance, the economic benefits and the feasibility of the popularization. Results showed that its comprehensive technical and economic benefits due to the organic combination of the mechanization, the cultivation and the management are significant. Compared with routine manual work, this technique can bring an increase in yields by about 8 0% ̄11 3%, in net income by 867 yuan/ha and a reduced cost by 382 yuan/ha. So the total profit is 1 249 yuan/ha.
