高校贫困生心理健康水平及其与应付方式的相关研究

Study on the Level of Mental Health and its Relationship with Copying Style of Impoverished College Students

目的了解贫困大学生心理健康状况及其与应付方式的相关程度。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和应付方式问卷对福州大学321名贫困生进行测查。结果贫困生和非贫困生除强迫、抑郁和敌对因子没有显著性差异外,其余均有差异;心理健康水平与其应付方式呈现高相关。结论贫困生倾向于采用自责、退避、合理化等不成熟的应付方式,应加强引导贫困生的应付方式以提高其心理健康水平。

Objective To study the level of mental health and its relationship with copying style of impoverished college stuents. Methods 321 poor students in Fuzhou University were tested by SCL-90 and Coping style questionnaire. Results Exept compulsion depression and hostility, there were significant differences between poor university students and others; There cere significant correlation between mental health and copying style of poor university students. Conclusion The poor students end to use inappropriate copying style, such as self-blaming avoidance and rationalization. We should conduct strenuously the poor university students＇ coping style in order to improve their level of mental health.
