控制感与主观幸福感关系的研究

The Research on the Relationship between the Locus of Control and the Subjective Well-being

目的考察控制感与主观幸福感之间的关系。方法用Levenson IPC量表和主观幸福感量表,对277名大学生进行调查,研究控制感与主观幸福感之间的关系。结果内控与主观幸福感有非常显著的正相关,他控和机控与主观幸福感有显著的负相关。内控被试比外控和机控被试在主观幸福感上要明显地强。结论内控的人比外控和机控的人有更高的主观幸福感。

Objective To explore the relationship between the locus of control and the subjective well-being. Methods Levenson IPC scale and the Subjective Well-being scale were used to investigate 277 subjects. Results Internal control had positive correlation with the subjective well-being, the others control and chance control had negative relation with the subjective well-being. Internal control subjects have higher scores in the subjective well-being scale than the external control subjects. Conclusion Internal control people have more subjective well-being than external control people.
