摘要 通过对流体动能沿油膜厚度方向的近似和Navier-Stokes方程首次研究并建立了流体的惯性速度分布。根据此惯性速度分布提出了新的油膜参数数学模型。与有关的实验数据对比表明新的数学模型对油膜参数的估计明显地优于传统的短轴承油膜分析理论。在新的数学模型中引入了瞬态雷诺系数。 In ordinary study on film dynamic parameters, effects of fluid inertia on film pressure are investigated based on inertialess velocity profile. However, when Reynolds number Re is large, the ordinary study is not reasonable, causing large analysis errors. Based on the approximation of fluid kinetic energy across film thickness and Navier Stokes equation, present work firstly studies and obtains inertia profile of film velocity. From the inertia velocity profile, a new model of film forces is put forward. The experimental work published shows the new model is better than the traditional one. The new model improves predictions of film parameters.
