摘要
用低透氧率的塑料薄膜和铝箔复合膜真空包装羊肉,在0℃±1℃条件下贮藏,40d后,各包装袋内的羊肉均未发生异常变化。60d后,用塑料薄膜袋包装的羊肉有10%发生变化。90d后,则有80%包装袋内的羊肉变质腐败。而用铝箔复合膜包装的羊肉,冷藏90d后,均未发现异常变化。用铝箔复合膜袋包装羊肉,再配合微波杀菌等保鲜技术。
Mutton vaccum packed with ploymeric alfoil film and low oxygen penetrated plastic film were kept at 0℃±1℃. Abnormal changes happened in all packed mutton after 42 days. 10% mutton packed with plastic film changed after 60 days. 80% mutton packed with plastic film deterioted after 90 days. While mutton packed with ploymeric alfoil film didn't change a litter under refrigeration for 90 days. So it can improve storage time for mutton significantly by packing them with ploymeric alfoil film.
