摘要
利用形态特征的观察、根尖细胞有丝分裂中期染色体计数、花粉母细胞减数分裂中期I(PMCMⅠ)染色体构型分析以及C-分带,从普通小麦与大赖草(LeymusracemosusLam)杂种回交后代中选育出3个二体异附加系:95G04,95G16和95G23,其PMCMⅠ染色体配对构型分别为0.16Ⅰ+20.25○Ⅱ+1.67Ⅱ,0.35Ⅰ+18.95○Ⅱ+2.87Ⅱ和0.19Ⅰ+20.07○Ⅱ+1.83Ⅱ。染色体C-分带结果表明:95G04,95G16,95G23分别为大赖草第1号,第4号。
By mitotic and meiotic analysis combined with plant morphology observation, scab resistance identification and chromosome C banding, three T. aestivum L. racemosus disomic addition lines (95G04, 95G16, 95G23) were isolated. Meiotic configurations at MⅠ in 95G04, 95G16 and 95G23 were 0 16Ⅰ+20.25○Ⅱ+1.67Ⅱ, 0.35Ⅰ +18.95○Ⅱ+2.87Ⅱ and 0.19Ⅰ+20.07○Ⅱ+1.83Ⅱ respectively. Metaphase chromosome C banding patterns indicated that Lr1, Lr4, Lr5 chromosomes were added to 95G04, 95G16, 95G23, respectively. The potential value of disomic addition lines and the transfer of superior traits were discussed.
