摘要
基于高校教师人力资源管理的特殊性和重要性,在分析高校人力资源非正式组织现象的基础上,从高校非正式组织的影响力方面对我国高校教师人力资源激励管理进行了研究,提出了高校非正式组织激励管理系统的新模式和具体实施建议。
On the basis of the particularity and important meaning of university teacher manpower resources management, the paper analysed the phenomenon of unofficial organization in the university human resources. The encouragement management of university teacher manpower resources has been researched from the aspect of the influention of unofficial organization in the university. The new mode and concrete implementation significance of the administrative system in university unofficial organization have been proposed.
