摘要 科学发展观是马克思主义中国化的最新成果,是统领我国经济社会发展必须长期坚持的指导思想,而且是新时期党的先进性建设的核心内容。在新的历史时期,引导和推动高校又好又快发展,必须把树立和落实科学发展观同加强党的先进性建设紧密结合起来。一方面把学好用好科学发展观作为高校党的先进性建设的基础工程来抓,为保证科学发展观的贯彻和落实提供坚实的思想基础和精神力量;另一方面,在办学实践中坚持用科学发展观统领学校改革发展稳定之全局,将能否实现学校又快又好的发展当作检验和衡量高校党的先进性建设成效和各级党组织的战斗堡垒作用及广大党员的先锋模范作用大小的重要尺度,创造性地构建学校科学发展的动力机制和党的先进性建设的长效机制。 The idea of scientific development, being the latest development of Chinese Marxism, is not only the guiding thought to China' s social and economic development, but also the central contents of the Party' s advancement building in the new period. In the new historic period, to make universities develop well and fast, it is the fundamental task to link the advancement building to realizing the idea of scientific development. On the one hand, learning and using the idea of scientific development well should be the basic project in the Party' s advancement building, which offers the ideological foundation and mentality for carrying out the idea of scientific development. On the other hand, in the practice of running universities, we should stick to the idea of scientific development in the overall situation of universities' reforming, development and stabilization. Making universities develop fast and well should be the important scale to weigh the effect of the Party' s advancement construction and the vanguard and fortress function of all level Party organizations and Party members . The driving mechanism of scientific development in universities and the effect - lasting mechanism in the Party' s advancement construction should be constructed creatively.
