学习研究《江泽民文选》中关于实行依法治国基本方略、建设社会主义法治国家的思想,特别是把“三个代表”重要思想写入宪法,确立其在国家政治和社会生活中的指导地位,具有重大而深远的意义。“三个代表”重要思想入宪反映了时代要求,体现了党依法执政的理念;“三个代表”重要思想入宪技术上要求人大启动宪法解释程序;“三个代表”重要思想成为宪法原则和宪法规范需要漫长的法律化和程序化过程。
