摘要
可编程控制器的功能已由传统的顺序逻辑控制延伸至模拟量控制、运动控制等高端领域。以全自动端子机为被控制对象,基于PLC基本CPU和运动控制CPU构建了双CPU多轴运动控制器。在分析全自动端子机工作过程的基础上确立了系统的设计方案。对双CPU间的通讯实现技术进行了详细的阐述。构建了基于.net架构的人机控制界面。该运动控制器具有良好的可扩展性和可靠性,易于开发。应用适宜的开发工具可以有效地降低系统的开发周期和开发成本。
The functions of programmable logic controller have been expanded from the ordinary sequence logic control to the advanced application feld such as analog control, motion control and so on. This paper pres- ents one double-CPU multi-axes motion controller based on the PLC basic CPU and motion control CPU tak- ing the automatic terminal crimping machine as controlled plant. Based on the working process of terminal crimping machine establishes the system blue print. We introduce the communication technologies between double CPUs in details. The system HMI is designed based on the.net architecture. This motion controller is easy to be developed and has well expansibility & reliability. It can be reduced the system development cycles and costs by dint of feasible development tools observably.
