摘要
论文在527铣齿机三轴数控系统研制实例基础上,重点阐述了数控弧齿锥齿加工程序的原理和工艺卡宏程序编程方法;并讨论了相关问题,给出了相应的解决方案。同时,也对普通机械式铣齿机进行数控改造提供了一种可行模式。
On the base of developing three axes numeric control (NC) system of No 527 spiral bevel gear enerator, this paper focusly describes programming theory of NC spiral bevel gear generator and design of the Macro variables programming with summaries.By the way, it discusses some relative problems,and offers cor- responding resolution.On the same time,the paper offeres a model about the common generator numerical control alteration.
