摘要
在机械加工中,使用统计公差组织生产,可以降低工艺成本,提高配合质量,避免极限尺寸的孔与极限尺寸的轴相互装配,从而获得最佳的技术经济效果,因此在生产中保证统计公差的要求是十分重要的。统计公差的要求可以通过工艺系统的调整来实现,文章试图通过试切一组工件的方法来调整工艺系统,并通过改变工艺系统精度和试切的工件数量来改变实际尺寸分布,从而实现统计尺寸的要求。
In mechanical production, statistical tolerance is used to orsanize production. It can improve the quality of mating and decrease manufacturing cost and avoid assembly of the limits of size of hole and shaft. The most economical benefits will be obtained. It is important to ensure the requirement of statistical tolerance in the production. The requirement of statistical tolerance can be realized through rectifying the process sys- tem. The methods of cutting a group of work piece to adjust process system are taken in this paper. Practical size distribution is altered through changing the accuracy of process system and the amount of cutting work piece. Thus the desired of statistical size can be achieved.
