新疆、安徽两地区农村居民饮食习惯调查分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的 了解新疆和安徽项目地区农村居民的饮食习惯现状,以便采取有针对性的健康教育措施。方法 采用多阶段抽样的方法对15-69岁居民进行面对面的问卷调查。结果 项目地区农村居民平均每天都定时吃饭、每天吃早餐、只吃植物油和口味偏咸的比例分别为61.0%、83.6%、63.2%和13.1%,其构成在两个省有统计学差异。除蔬菜摄入量充足外,乳及乳制品、豆制品和水果的摄入量都不足。结论 新疆和安徽农村居民的饮食习惯都存在问题,要针对这些问题,在项目地区开展健康教育活动。 Objective To know the situation of the dietary habits of the rural residents in Xinjiang and Anhui counties, in order to held the pertinent health education. Methods Multistage sampling was used to select the 15-69 year old rural residents and face to face interview was carried out at the house. Results In the project counties, equally every day fixed time eats meal, everyday eats the breakfast, only eats the vegetable oil and the salty taste proportion respectively was 61.0%, 83.6%, 63.2% and 13.1%. The proportion had the statistical significance in two provinces. The quantity of vegetables take in was sufficient, while the quantity of milk, bean product and fruit take in were insufficient. Conclusion The dietary habits of the rural residents in the project counties is unreasonable and the pertinent health education should be set down in these areas.
